I decided to start a blog about my weight loss journey for no other reason but to make me accountable to myself. My plan is to journalize my weight loss (or not) and what I'm eating wether it be good or bad and see if this will be beneficial to my weight loss. Why not....I've tried most everything else. So....I am starting off short and sweet by saying......Here we GO! I'm off to the kitchen for lunch and we shall see if I make good food choices now that I have this blogging commitment started!
